I am qualified for the role because I have experience at IT service desk and service support role. My exemplary skills are customer service, troubleshooting network diagnose, ticketing, reporting and incident management on related services within the organization. Moreover, I have a strong background in technical support role in banking/finance industry and experience in the incident management team in one of the leading banks in Myanmar.
