Ensure smooth operation of Supply Chain

• PO processing, new part creation and reply of sales enquiry. 
• Timely update of suppliers commits ship date on SAP and consistence weekly PO progressing.
• Purchase at the right quantity to enjoy best price break from suppliers where possible by analyze past and future data to make a judgment call.
• Manage the global products inventory to keep it low by moving across the region.
• Timely update of suppliers pricing in SAP system if there is any increase/decrease of buy price.
• Ensure all purchase data and receipt are reconciled with timely update for payment.
• Solve and manage all purchasing related problems and escalate timely to avoid stoppage of supplies and cost avoidance.
• Track supplier OTD with timely report and assessment (Monthly Report)
• Analyses the stock inventory and plan for replenishment or push out of Orders through effective system.
• Process Purchase Request and Issue Purchase Order timely and negotiate shorter lead time & lower prices.
• Monitor and expedite deliveries to avoid delinquency and shortage of materials.

Procurement cost saving activities.

• Purchase at right quantity to enjoy price break from suppliers where possible.
• Negotiation with supplier as to obtain lower pricing on volume orders.
• Work with suppliers on ways or methods to lower our buying price.
• Drive freight cost reduction with consolidated shipment through more sea shipment and reduce UPS/AIR shipment where possible.
• Track and measure cost savings by making negotiation on buying at next quantity break base on monthly forecast report from the system. 
• Produce monthly forecast to suppliers for their manufacturing planning process and help them in reducing product lead time.

Adhoc activities.

• Enter USA Sales Orders and prepare shipping documents.
• Review and update SOP to continuously improve the supply chain workflow and meet any ISO requirements.
• Prepare monthly Sales Report for Sales Manager.
• Monthly job rotation on running of MRP and transfer of stock across all regions.
