My Skills and experiences consists of a mix of customer service and retail operations. At my present role, I have developed skills that hone my ability to communciate with a diverse group of people, problem solving and trouble shoot and answer to my respondent requests and enquiries. I learn professionalism in my area of service as I handle very sensitive and personal data over the phone that requires high amount of trust from the respondent.
