 Management of Landscape Workers/supervisors day to day operations at project site and attendance taking
 Management of all supervisor and workers disputes at site
 Purchasing/replenishing Landscaping supplies and usage management
 Liaising and reporting to clients and officers
 Settlement of all feedback/complaints
 Proposal of Re-landscaping installation & improvement works to clients
 Cost estimation and Quantity survey of required materials for Landscape implementation or relevant works
 Active participation of Management, Process and Systems improvements for the Growth & Benefit of the Organization
 Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
 Irrigation system Design and Build.
