I had worked with the International Air Transport Association as a training coordinator, ensuring that work that is required to be completed is done in a professional manner and is appreciated by the clients.

I had completed all the work given to me in a timely manner and have ensured that all that the clients requested for is also provided back to them in a timely and presentable manner, and the work is done appreciatively by the client.

Following the global retrenchment exercise done by IATA on 31 DEC 2024, I worked as a relief teacher at a special needs school and ensured that all students under my care were given the service that they required and the guidance that they require. 

My most relevant education is my BSc Hons in Business Administration and also my NICF Diploma in Software and Application which provided me with the skills that I have. I have also trained myself in the customer service role for the last 17.5 years and know what is expected.
