• Key additional work included COVID crisis management and crew change operations. Developed and streamlined policies with various internal and external parties to facilitate all crew change matters during COVID-19.

• Planned, executed & monitored container handling operations with proprietary resource planning & high level of analytical skills to solve complex cases.
