Joe is a Sales & Operations professional adept in driving the development and standardization of supply chain flow. He is proficient in supplier management and optimizing inventory levels to match customers’ demands. He sets KPIs and targets to improve service levels in meeting customers’ expectations with on-time, in-full delivery. Joe is a well-rounded leader who works across functions and builds positive relationships with all departments to drive operations to meet business goals.

Set up my current company's supply chain and operations function from scratch in 2015 and scaled it twice over the years to meet business expansion. Working across all functions to meet the business goals, including: 

• Plan and develop actionable strategies aligned with the organization's goals. 
• Lead the team by example in achieving the organization’s goals.
• Actively track KPIs ensuring effective sales and operations processes to meet targets. 
• Manage team culture and coaching, promoting positive collaboration with regional partners.

• Strategize to improve the region's sales and profits from respective business units.
• Attend tradeshows for business exposure.
• Set operations budgets and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze all sales, operations, and admin activities, and propose changes to MD and CEO.
• Optimize inventory planning to achieve turn rate, increasing working capital. 
• Represent the company in regulatory proceedings. 

Currently an MBA student with the University of Birmingham, graduating in August 2023. Achieved distinction in all twelve modules, and expecting a distinction for my dissertation.
