About Robyn Banks:

My name is Robyn Banks, I am a UK national living in Singapore with my Husband. I have over 8 years experience in large corporate both in Tech and Telcomms across public and private sector. After leaving my previous role at Salesforce I decided to take sometime out. My passion and skills lay with people and doing the best by my customers and colleagues . I am looking for a role which can give me a fresh challenge outside of sales and develop my leadership skills. Outside of work I enjoy being outdoors with my dog Humphrey and my husband and I are currently training for the Singapore Marathon. I also love attending as many music concerts as I can!

Vodafone Business UK: Account Manager, Central Government 

March 2017-September 2019

Managing one of Vodafone’s largest Central Government Accounts with its 13 arm’s length bodies, alongside the Client Director. 

  • Delivered over 170.4% of a £2.3 million new business target for FY18/19.
  • Delivered over 120% revenue target for FY18/19.
  • Defended Vodafone revenue position by negotiating and delivering one of our largest customer mobile re -signs worth over £2.6 million.
  • Transforming/Selling our main account from 3 separate unified comms instances into 1, taking this through solution design, commercial and internal governance.
  • Driving strategic digital projects within the account portfolio to support the customer’s business goals for example £1.5 million of Managed Video Conferencing to help reduce travel costs and carbon footprint.
  • Selling 2 Cloud Contact Centres into one of the family accounts worth £150K new business.

Vodafone Business UK: Client Sales Executive, Central Government 

September 2016- March 2017

Responsible for 25 small to medium accounts across Vodafone Central Government.  

  • Delivered a mobile marketing campaign that saw the acquisition of 3 new logos, delivering over 2000 connections. 
  • Managed the re-sign of 5 existing customers securing 5000 connections.
  • Lead on Central Government team wide landscaping activities maximise team resource and opportunity within accounts.
