I worked for a Courier company and took a break from working to commit to family and raising two children. Now I am ready to get back to the work force. I was working as a Senior Customer Service Executive for about 8 years and have loved interacting with clients 

Was responsible in handling all walk in customers to make sure that their urgent documents and parcels were delivered at the destinations on time. 

Getting back to clients with the proof of deliveries and handling delayed and non delivery of shipments and getting back to clients with feedback

Handling all charges collect shipments and follow up on payments

Assisting the Sales and Marketing team to monitor shipments of corporate clients

Making monthly sales visits to corporate clients to enhance customer satisfaction

Working closely with the Sales and Marketing Team to achieve their monthly goals and targets

Liaising with overseas counterparts to resolve problem cases

Working closely with the customer Service manager to come up with new strategies and ideas to improve the business

Making sure that the rest of the customer service team keeps to the highest standards in customer satisfaction 

Assisting with debt collection
