About Roshni Mohan Chandiramani:

As a Regional Senior Consultant, I have a total of 10+ years experience in Technical / IT, Banking and Financial and Non IT recruitment. I handle end-to-end recruitment process and being Regional, I have placed candidates in  Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Australia. I have worked in South Africa and Indonesia and have vast experience in Recruitment, Learning and Development, Talent mapping,  Managing teams etc.. I also lead and manage Key Accounts, handle stakeholder relationships, identify new clients and build and maintain strong business relationships. I have placed candidates across Oceania and Asia especially for Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infra, Applications(Software Engineering) and am currently in charge of the Indonesia hiring for a Huge Ecommerce company. I speak 4 Asian Languages fluently, English, Malay, Bahasa Indonesia and Hindi.

  • Perform 360 recruitment cycle across both candidate management and client development
  • Experienced sourcing/processing junior, mid-senior and senior level candidates
  • Experienced in both external and internal recruiting.            
  • Experienced with Technology Companies, Manufacturing, Telecom, Banking, FMCG and Finance industries, Ecommerce.. 
  • Proficient in Boolean Search.
  • Experienced in LinkedIn Recruiter , Monster, eFinancialcareers, Jobstreet,  etc. 
  • Handle end to end recruitment activities – starting from job posting, talent sourcing, pre-screening assessment, interview, offer management and onboarding process for the assigned hiring requisition.
  • Lead and manage Key Accounts 
  • Handle stakeholder relationships and drive the recruitment processes, which includes talent branding, sourcing strategies etc.
  • Identify new clients, build and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing key clients 
  • Placed candidates across Oceania and Asia (e.g., Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia etc.) especially for Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infra, Applications(software Engineering) etc…

Education

Completed Bachelors Degree in Computer and Mathematical Sciences at the University of Western Australia, Perth, Western Australia
