With more than 20 years of experience spanning across different industries, I develop a strong interest in changing people's mindset on risk management and business continuity management.  

With extensive experience in business continuity management and risk management, I have held key roles at AIA Singapore, Wells Fargo, Allianz Global Corporate and Specialty (AGCS), and the Accounting Corporate and Regulatory Authority. At AIA Singapore, I provided governance and expertise in BCM, Crisis Management, and Third Party Management, implementing critical frameworks and leading organization-wide exercises. At Wells Fargo, I managed regional business continuity plans in APAC, established country-wide exercises, and ensured quality assurance of Resiliency playbooks. My tenure at AGCS involved leading information security initiatives and raising BCM awareness across the region. Earlier, at the Accounting Corporate and Regulatory Authority, I successfully implemented risk management processes, conducted risk assessments, and developed business continuity strategies, achieving high response rates in critical exercises and ensuring organizational resilience.
