Year 3 Student at SUSS studying HRM, on my work attachment period now. 

Experience

I have worked at a call centre in the Ministry of Manpower for the Labour Force Survey, being an officer who helped selected citizens finish their surveys and answering their queries. I have also been a usability intern at Conversion Hub, using Figma to help edit and organise some websites intended for the Singapore government. Additionally, I scanned government apps to detect any user experience issues and reported them. 

Education

I am currently a student at SUSS, learning Human Resource Management. I have a diploma in Mass Communications from Republic Polytechnic, and graduated with an O level certificate from Maris Stella High School.
