Responsibilities,

• Create precise 3D Building Information Models (BIM) for MEP systems using widely used software like Revit and AutoCAD
• Employ parametric modeling techniques to create data rich BIM objects that facilitate scheduling, cost estimation and efficient facility management
• Resolve conflicts or interferences, between MEP systems and architectural or structural elements by utilizing tools for clash detection
