I am a dedicated person who enjoys working in a fast pace environment. 
While in a team, I am both a team leader and team player. I take my work
seriously and I set my targets clearly.
I believed that being a team player is not only to take part in any discussions,
but to teach, to be taught and to learn every single opportunity that is given
to me in any ways. 

Duties in RSW:
 Supervise workers in daily routines
 Maintenance planning schedule for overhaul(PM) and Corrective 
Maintenance
 Conducting of morning and evening briefing before starting and 
ending of work
 Ensure staffs are fit and healthy before commencing of work
 Liaising with managers and engineers to troubleshoot for defects and fault
 Conducting of internal audits to check on daily status of job
 Weekly inspections on different sections of workplace
 In charge of trainings to all staffs such as WAH
 Ensure budget for workshop items are within the financial year for procurement 
in SAP
 Ensure the equipment are well maintained and calibrated
 Daily checks and records of fire cabinet are within SDS limitations
 Ensure proper housekeeping throughout the whole workshop
 Conduct bi weekly 5s inspection
 Verify all tools and equipment are located at the correct location 
for every maintenance work done
 Implement and integrate an improve process workflow
