My last job position as Section Leader - Operations, allowed me to manage a wide array of responsibilities that were beyond the usual job scope of an Operations lead. 

With over 12 years of experience at Amway in Singapore and India, I have developed comprehensive knowledge in exceeding customer expectations and operating a customer service center efficiently. As a leader of the customer service center for Singapore and India, I am responsible for managing a local distributor base of over 50,000. I have been with SilkAir (Singapore Airlines) for 3 years as Ground Services / Secretary to Manager India, which gives an opportunity to manage the secretary functions as well as to assist the HR department with background checks, and onboarding of new employees, issuance of payroll, and salary, CPF, an employee insurance scheme for our region. At the same time, I have communicated effectively with co-workers, clients, and vendors at all levels. 

My recent completion of the SGUS - Digital Human Resources Business Partner course and SHRM Diploma in Human Resource Management also gave me the chance to stay up-to-date with the latest HR policies and procedures.

With my years of experience in dealing with customers and foreign affiliates, I am able to build rapport with different people easily. I believe that my enthusiasm and my people-oriented nature, coupled with my experience in these challenging environments that molded me to be more organized and independent, could significantly make a positive contribution to your dynamic organization.
