Sarah Han

I'm a Year 4 undergraduate, pursuing a degree in Projects and Facilities Management in NUS, and a minor in Communications and New Media. 

I enjoy film photography and digital content creation. I took my passion further by joining NUS Rovers Adventure Club and NUS Community Service Club - PROJECT WAO III as the Publicity Director, where I designed and managed the website and social media accounts. Adventurous in nature, I am motivated to continuously seek out new experiences and opportunities to broaden my horizons.

Facility Management Intern, Field Visual Merchandising (Travel Retail APAC) - Estee Lauder Companies (May - July 2022)
- Coordinated with shopfitters for defects rectifications and maintenance works for Thailand Suvarnabhumi Airport duty-free counters
- Coordinated with Visual Merchandising Brand Teams during factory visits to evaluate planograms with factory mockups
- Optimised tracking sheet for new counter installation works using Excel Macros & VBA

Facility Management Intern - Pro-Matrix Pte Ltd (May - Aug 2021)
- Assisted in daily preventive and reactive maintenance of HVAC, M&E, security and drainage systems of NTT Data Center
- Liaised with the building owner and external vendors for site surveys, maintenance works and the procurement of equipment
- Conducted a trial simulation on critical security systems in preparation for the replacement of network switches, which was crucial in analysing the impact on the building security system.
- Created scheduled maintenance work orders on the DCFMS portal, allowing efficient tracking of the progress of the maintenance works

Publicity Director - NUS Rovers Adventure Club (Sept 2020 - Sept 2021)
- Designed and scheduled Facebook and Instagram posts
- Conceptualized an Instagram story initiative titled ‘Rovers Recommends’ to maintain a social media presence during COVID-19 travel restrictions, reaching out to more than 1,800 folllowers
- Acted as a photographer and videographer for events
- Co-led a group of 50 university students in a 3-day expedition around Singapore
