Great Eastern: Temp Call Centre Staff, (Sep 2017 - Jan 2018).

  • Handled incoming calls from customers and potential customers, provided information and using CRM to input conversation summary. Conducted outbound calls to seek customers’ feedback with regards to services. Performed data entry, checking of insurance documents and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS): Intern, (Mar 2020 - Aug 2020).

  • Managed customer complaints by summarizing key consumer issues and classifying them based on an established set of criteria, before performing case assignment to case officers for follow up. Provided support for the financial education initiatives and assisted with MoneySense data analytics and report.
