• Overall responsible for day to day operation of the dormitory.
• Implements all maintenance of the facility and manages all housekeeping and maintenance duties carried out to ensure they remain effective and relevant.
• Responsible to provide guidance on the preferred communication method to resolve operational, event and dormitory regulatory issues at the dormitory.
• Liaise and coordinate with Government Agencies such as MOM, NEA, SCDF etc.
• Manages the medical support plan for the dormitory  &Oversee the premise’s cleanliness and maintenance.
• Comply with safety regulations and security measures for store operations and dormitory.
