Sharifah Al-Edrus

Sharifah is a user interface / user experience and graphic designer based in Singapore. She is on a journey in designing for people, places, and experiences beyond the screens.

Besides designing, she enjoys hands-on craft works and illustrating. She is also a plant hobbyist, and enjoys art and music.

I freelanced for Hatch Mediahouse as a UI/UX design freelancer in 2021, where my client was a local construction company that wanted to redevelop their website to target a different client using Wordpress. I was managed by one industry professional. The project lasted for four months. 

I am a Year 2 design student in Lasalle College of The Arts, pursuing a Diploma in Design for Communication and Experiences. Prior to Lasalle, I underwent a UI/UX immersive course with Hatch Academy where I was taught the basics of design, and afterwards was given the opportunity to work with an actual client to tackle an existing problem that the client faces.
