Ethical accounting professional with over 17 years of experience for potential employer to engage and harness knowledge. Versatile candidate who is able to multi-task in various companies at one point of time and lead a corporate arm of a legal firm. Seeking an opportunity to put my skillsets into good use while I look forward to acquire new knowledge through the day-to-day work. 

From year 2014 since my return from China, I have joined Prime Victory Pte Ltd which operates Food & Beverages outlets at CBD areas. My core duties were handling day-to-day bookkeeping for the various F&B outlets, monthly stock-take of inventory, preparing full sets of management accounts, budgets and cashflow for review. I would facilitate the yearly compilation of unaudited financial statements preparation with the corporate service providers and tax agents to ensure regulatory compliance. More than 6 years with the Company, I'm also involved actively in Human Resource function of the company where I attend courses to gain more in depth knowledge to manage productivity of staffs in the organization as well as setting policies in the Employee Handbook. I would apply work passes for foreign employees, handle IR21 withholding tax, yearly submission of IR8A for company on Auto-Inclusion Scheme. 

I had the opportunity to work in a legal firm, Shah Eigen LLC in 2019. Besides the day-to-day accounting work, I also get involved in case studies with the Managing Director where I do in-house forensic accounting work on our client's accounts to provide my views and comments from the accounting perspective. 

In March 2020, Shah Eigen LLC has established a corporate arm, Eigencorporate Pte Ltd which I was a part of and leading the corporate arm for work fulfilment. I had the opportunity to gain some knowledge of corporate secretarial duties while I provide onboarding accounting services to newly incorporated business clients.
