As a Business Control Executive, 

• Prepare monthly Credit risk analysis report of Oceania countries and setting of credit limit.
• Drive profitability by conducting monthly analysis of Oceania countries’ performance and profitability.
• Prepare FX analysis and detailed profitability analysis report for trucks sales in all countries.
• Track and monitor Accounts Receivable through AR reports and SAP data. Update AR reports of Oceania countries and Singapore.
• Generate monthly volume and order intake reports on all countries and prepare PowerPoint slides to present to HQ Business Control team. Update monthly orderbook reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Aid in yearly and half yearly estimation and forecast process. Create estimate excel templates and update files through Oracle Essbase Cloud. Formulate estimation based on historic trends and collaborate with other business functions to gather data required for the estimate and forecast process.
• Present the Gross Profit, Net Sales and Cost report, Variance analysis report with commentary and FX analysis report to the Finance Director.
• Update Estimation reports, Estimate vs Actual comparison report on various country markets. 
• Present scenario analysis and simulation reports to drive sales.
