Operation Executive (Crude Oil and Products)

▪ Prepare and execute contracts and counter contracts to protect company’s interests, making sure all obligations fulfilled accordingly to the terms as set out.
▪ Monitor day to day trading operations of crude oil and effectively communicate detailed and timely information to concerned counterparties.
▪ Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records of cargo documents in the relevant systems.
▪ Work with finance team to review and prepare export L/C documents and follow up with bank for clean negotiation.
▪ Review and negotiate claims on demurrage and other related claims
▪ Consolidating tender invitation, sending reminders to respective Trading
Desks and recording all bids/offers/information known.
▪ Assist with KYC and counterparty registration.
▪ Facilitate invoice issuance and process all documents related to payment
settlement of all relevance.
