Professional with valuable 17+ years of experience in meticulous supervisory and inspection roles in construction across a wide range of fields in Malaysia, UAE and Singapore, that includes Residential, Hotels, Mixed-used Developments, F1 facilities buildings, International School, Infrastructures (such as elevated train stations, Train & Bus Depot) and multi-storey data center. 

Seng Wee started his career working as an Interior Architecture Designer cum Site coordinator, responsible for coordinating design and construction works, resolving site issues, assist to prepare shop-drawings & project management as per contract. Throughout his career, he had worked with several reputable developers, design consultant organizations, A1 Main-contractor & side wide contractors. 

Within those years, he had also upgraded his career experience knowledge through taking up life-long learning courses, architectural detailing knowledge, technical knowledge, and courses on workmanship complying with conquas/quality specifications and mandate statutory, code requirements and guidelines standard from Singapore Authorities, FSSD, BS En, ANSI and ASTM.
