An open-minded and enthusiastic final year Human Resource undergraduate minoring in Digital Content Marketing at the Singapore University of Social Sciences. 

I aspire to be a human resource executive that solves the current and future needs of organisations through employment needs. Excelling in communication skills and being highly critical in social situations are my strengths. Additionally, I hope to constantly upgrade my skills to make a difference.

Oversee full-cycle recruitment process of marketing and data analyst intern from screening resumes, conducting phone screening and assisting with onboarding In charge of hiring over 70 interns for both Fall Interns 2023 and Spring Interns 2024 Worked with hiring managers and business partners to ensure that the hiring is aligned with business and team

Collaborated with Global and Regional Talent Acquisition team in designing and streamlining the Talent Acquisition process. Part of the Global Talent Acquisition Programs team to design, develop creative Talent Acquisition campaigns and events to attract experienced and campus talents. Performed Data analytics on Talent Acquisition operations including market intelligence to support the development of solutions Generated critical reports that enables greater productivity and effectiveness for the Global Talent Acquisition Team on behalf of the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition Oversaw the candidate experience for intern hiring through facilitating and providing logistical and administrative support to the TA process, including pre-boarding activities. Managed interviewing scheduling and coordinate effectively between candidate, HR and business teams. Represented the organization as an ambassador at career fairs to to attract interns and early/ future talent for New Graduate and Intern Programs.
