As an ambitious and highly motivated Sociology undergraduate, I am driven by a deep commitment to creating positive change and making a meaningful impact through my work, with my experience in sociological research. Through the course of HR policies and practices, sociological research can explore and manage the complex interactions between individuals and organisations, allowing us to create more effective strategic plans that promote the productivity and wellbeing of employees. • Conducted research and project management initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee wellbeing, resulting in increased employee engagement.

• Worked under the CARE department, providing support to the Women’s Care Centre and Sexual Assault Care Centre.
• Acted as the first point of contact for callers, resulting in a 30% reduction time in call handling time. 
• Collaborated with senior management to successfully transition mainlines from Velox to Zoom Phone within a week, resulting in a 50% reduction in call connectivity issues and call handling errors by proactively creating a manual guide.
