• Attend to residents during polling period

• Assist resident to make selection
• Explain and provide information regards to HIP Upgrading Programme 
• Manage public relation issues and general project queries with the resident effectively. 
• Dealing with resident’s requests, feedbacks and handling of complaints with tact and patience. 
• Ensuring good report and maintaining positive relations with the residents, if necessary, arranging for works to be carried out within flats timely. 
• Preparing notice for upgrading notice, Water test 
• Attending Water test inspection with RTO 
• Arranging for resident to opt in due to leaking
• Handling of residents with good attitude. 
• Handle enquiry of residents. 
• Arranging for inspections with lower and upper unit. 
• Conduct survey on condition of flat before upgrading works (Briefed by PRO)
• Arranging of water test. 
• Maintain good rapport and positive relations with resident. 
• Conduct regular visits to residents affected by the HIP works to gather feedbacks and solve the issue.
• Send Service Card, handling emails and WhatsApp from resident
• Upload complete Handover Form to HICS.
