Extensive knowledge, skills and work experience in project site management for quantity surveying, contract administration and construction supervision. Perform quantity take-off using Planswift/Excel/manual. Valuation of contractor’s claims, variation order and extension of time. Supervise civil construction works. Prepare monthly progress reports and technical correspondences to clients, consultants, contractors, etc. Vendors sourcing and preparing POs and contract documents of various works and requirements in the project. Monitor cost and progress using Microsoft Project or Primavera. Also equipped with knowledge in Logistics and Warehousing.

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
