• Responsible for publishing of the documents to internal and external customers.
• Familiarity with Adobe FrameMaker, XML based authoring tools (Oxygen).
• Ability to work well with others, communicate clearly, gather and synthesize technical information efficiently in a collaborative work environment.
• Certified TESOL Level-7 Diploma from LTTC, UK in English language & fundamental certification program in Technical Writing from The Writers Block, Bangalore, India.
