About Sonia Lim:
Let me explain to you why this made me aspire to be a Human Resources Professional.
Picture this:
If the garden is the company, the plants are the employees, then I envision myself as the gardener.
Participating in numerous events ranging from the Human Resource Symposium 2019 to volunteering at an eldercare, Singapore Polytechnic has sufficiently prepared me for my future endeavours.
Gaining new knowledge and skills has become a passion for me. I did not let the pandemic put my learning to a standstill. Recently, I obtained over 20 Coursera certificates. These are some skills and expertise that I have gained during my previous years:
