Soumyarup Hait

I am Soumyarup Hait, an experimental researcher in magnetism and magnetic memories. I completed my Ph.D. in November 2022 from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, India. Now I am Looking for a job in a similar area.

I have hands-on experience and expertise in different growth techniques like Sputtering, thermal, chemical vapor deposition, etc. 

I also have hands-on experience with different measurement setups like ferromagnetic resonance, magnetotransport measurements, magnetization switching measurements etc.

I also have a basic understanding and experience with different characterization techniques like X-ray diffraction, X-ray reflectivity, atomic force microscopy, Raman, Secondary ion mass spectroscopy, etc. 

I have worked as Senior Project Scientist at Centre for Applied research in Electronics (CARE), Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, India (September -October 2022)

I am working as a Research Fellow at School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore (December 2022-present).
