In my current role as Director of Finance and Business Support at InterContinental Singapore, I oversee a dedicated finance functional team and provide strategic support to various stakeholders. My key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing procurement and information technology departments
- Providing financial guidance and support to hotel management teams, owners' asset management teams, and external stakeholders
- Ensuring alignment of finance and business objectives across all departments
- Preparing and presenting financial reports to meet the needs of various stakeholders, including owning company finance teams with different financial reporting periods

Most recently, as Cluster Financial Controller for JEN Orchardgateway Singapore and JEN Tanglin Singapore, part of the Shangri-La Group, I have:

- Provided strategic financial leadership and guidance to hotel management teams, hotel owners, and hotel management company regional finance teams
- Set up a Finance Shared Service Centre, integrating the finance functions of four Singapore-based hotels
- Driven process efficiencies and enhanced financial governance
