Experienced professional with a diverse background spanning administrative support, customer service, and operations. Successfully validated and processed specialized documents as an Administrative Assistant at Manulife. As a Customer Service Agent with the Ministry of Manpower, played a pivotal role in implementing a comprehensive labor force survey, addressing inquiries, and emphasizing the survey's significance. As an Operations Intern at VIVAKids Pte Ltd, conducted parent survey calls, managed admissions, and facilitated smooth processes. During an internship with Career Link@SBM, contributed to creating an Employee Handbook, participated in recruitment efforts, and conducted workshops on personal growth and passion.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management at Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), expected to graduate in May 2025. I hold a diploma in Business Management with dual specializations in Human Resource and International Business from Nanyang Polytechnic, completed in 2021.
