• Preparing of Baseline schedule (Level-4) using P6 for the purpose of Critical Analysis that is In line with Master base line(Level-1)  schedule.
• Responsible in reviewing Consolidated Master Schedule Progress Measurement system and Assists development and maintenance of Level III schedule as per established project procedures as per requirement.
• Responsible for preparing Monthly Progress Review Meeting and Technical Review Meetings to Support the Project
• Responsible in preparation of the contractual requirements relating to Planning & Scheduling, Progress Measurement and Progress Reporting and to ensure their incorporation into the agreements.
• To make in-depth review and analysis of submittals from contractors relating to planning, scheduling, progress measurement, reporting time analysis and productivity etc..
• Monitor the reported progress and schedule status, identify the areas of concern impacting the progress and schedule of the projects and to advise the Project Managers on proposed corrective action.
• To identify critical and sub-critical activities of the project and to analyze their impact on the overall completion schedule considering the actual status and trends.
• To identify well in advance the bottlenecks in achieving the planned progress and to proposed corrective action to recover and minimize the slippage.
• Responsible in preparation of Progress report on monthly and weekly basis for the Clients agreement.
• Monitor daily work construction activities and takes the actual data as required and make comparison with the forecasted recovery schedule.
• Monitor the actual progress of work in comparison with the schedule and highlight any discrepancies that may effect the completion of the work according to establish and agreed milestone.
• Review and assist in Preparation and submission of Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)/Integrated FAT, Site Acceptance Test (SAT) Procedures and schedule
