Having a great interest in educational learning to develop my experience and skills in the Early Years in education Industry. With my art experience enable me to work with the children creating a creative and fun environment.

Manage the students school registers. > Provide support to assist Junior School parent consultations, information days and other parent engagement events. Follow up day to day communication with the parents and taking care of students activities safety. > Provide the communication link between Junior School academic staff and the operations department (catering, security, facilities, stationery procurement, evacuation events, manage students record/files, assist to print out school travelling, field trips materials, students performance report for the teachers)

Handle sponsorship and collaborations projects with corporate end-users and graphic designers. > Work together with the commercial printers to ensure the final marketing collaterals is printed. > Conduct papertalk workshop to the design institution, work together with the creative lecturers to educate the students on paper usage, sharing with them the offset and digital production knowledge. > Assist in organizing creative competition to the graphic designers. > Carry out good written communication skills and administrative duties in scheduling and coordinating of works assigned, incoming email, filing, copying, scanning, billing and follow up on payment, excellent oral and communication skill within internal and external environment.
