Sebastian has accumulated almost 30 years of experience in investigation, enforcement, intelligence, feedback management, engagement and outreach.  He was also given opportunities to oversee corporate functions such as budget management, training, BCP, and helmed various committees such as Healthy Lifestyle, Staff Welfare, and Dinner & Dance.  As a sports enthusiast, he also led and participated actively in football and bowling related committees and activities in some of the organisations.

These opportunities helped him to develop a sharp eye for details and an uncanny ability to be creative and resourceful in achieving the desired outcome, often with limited resources. Sebastian is also meticulous, reliable and hardworking, and is always able to strike a balance between the macro and micro aspects, as well as the expectations of stakeholders inside and outside the organisation. He is able to work with and relate to staff of all levels, and with people from all walks of life, including stakeholders such as NGOs, grassroots leaders and the community. Most importantly, Sebastian is a proven leader who leads from the front and would always provide clear direction and guidance to help his colleagues deal with the situation at hand.
