Tan Si Jie

Here is Si Jie. I graduated from Univerisiti Sains Malaysia with a major in Food Technology (CGPA:3.63/4.00). I have experience in assisting production development for black pepper sauce and published a review paper on microbiology research paper. I'm well equipped with the microbiology and analytical lab skills such as 3M plating technique, texture analyser, pH meter and so on.   

I'm now working as a Quality Assurance Executive in Singapore and have gone through a four month internship training in the Quality Department at a chocolate factory. Through these experiences, I learnt knowledge for Halal, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001. I also acquired knowledge in using SPSS, Microsoft Dynamic Nav, Canva, Microsoft and others.
