JitJie Tang is an accomplished IT Project Manager with over a decade of experience in Project Management and Release Management across banking, and software development. Currently at BNP Paribas, he leads global supply chain solution releases across Americas, EMEA, and APAC, managing end-to-end project lifecycles using Waterfall and Scrum methodologies. Previously at DBS Bank, JitJie drove bi-weekly and ad-hoc releases across four markets, acting as Scrum Master and implementing automation to streamline deployment processes.

His expertise spans SIT, UAT, regression testing, and quality assurance, with knowledge in Unix/Linux systems, MSSQL databases, and API/Web Services. JitJie has a proven track record in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and delivering projects under tight timelines. Earlier roles include managing IT projects at Cxrus Solutions, overseeing complex integrations like SSO and payment gateways, and leading large-scale construction projects at SOE Engineering.

JitJie holds an MBA in Finance and a Master’s in Management Science, combining technical acumen with business strategy. His ability to bridge technical and functional teams makes him a valuable leader in driving digital transformation and operational excellence.
