Experience

  • Successfully established legal structure for Wiz entry into all of the above countries from scratch with adequate licenses.
  •  
  • Orchestrated Holding company legal structure in group favor and devised a robust transfer pricing policy for the group.

 

  • Provide innovative direction & guidance in setting up Finance teams, process and systems from scratch in the new organization along with integration to OPS systems, for all the countries. Establish monitoring mechanism to enhance as per business dynamics.

 

  • Established discipline and process for reporting and business reviews in HQ with high quality reports and judgments to influence key stakeholders.

 

  • Tight management & supervision of monthly reporting, transactional activities, treasury, financial analysis, cash flow performance, Budget for APAC to support business strategy.

 

  • Setup trade finance products, loan facilities for countries and manage treasury & Cash flow to ensure optimum funds availability and allocation across region.

 

  • Represent Wiz to Vendors, Bankers, business stakeholders, external auditors, Tax authorities, Government agencies, etc. Drive profitability initiatives in relation to billing, cost allocation, location strategy, interest rates et al.

 

  • Prepare financial models and forecasts for existing and prospective business lines for our rapidly growing company. Assisting Founders for equity fund raising activities and dealing with investors.

 

 

  • Due diligence and Merger activities for potential acquisitions in the markets. Explore new investment opportunities and provide recommendations.

 

  • Recruiting, directing, motivating, and developing staff, maximizing their individual contribution. Build a team of 10 people in the short stint.
