I am persistent, optimistic, flexible and learn from my failures.

Passionate belief in safety improves the production and performance. One of the qualities I have that pride myself is in my ability to complete safely with any process and personal safety issues.

In my 32 years of experience, I have commissioned three ethylene cracker units and two Linear Alkyl Benzene units in India, Qatar, Saudi Arabia & Singapore.  Short term experience in commissioning of a Brown field project in Nigeria.

Also, safely decommissioned crude units and Hydro desulfurizer units in Shell, Singapore. 

My rich experience provides technical knowledge, skill, coordination and leadership necessary to safely commissioning of new assets.

I am self-starter but also inter-dependent. To keep me young, fostering "Learner attitude". 

I manage things: But lead people. Process strong leadership skills to drive teams to peak performance via influencing.

• Safe operation of oil refinery and petrochemical plants
• Technical trouble shooting to hit the plant target and to maintain stable operation.
• Safe handling of emergencies including medical in the plant. Safely handled many emergencies with confidence.
• Integrating and optimizing the plant operation to maximize the margin.
• Commissioning and Pre-commissioning of new plants. (3 Ethylene cracker units in India, Qatar and Singapore and 2 Linear Alkyl Benzene plants in India and KSA)
• working with IT tools: Using to monitor and troubleshooting the operation through Process Book, Power BI program me and developing simple and effective tools for monitoring.  
• Safe decommissioning of redundant plants.
• Experienced in Multi-cultural and multi-national environment.  
• Coaching and mentoring the team through influencing behavior.
• Developing the standard operating procedures and enforcing the team to be “Compliance Team”
