Vanessa Lim

I am a recent graduate of the Bachelor of Science with Honours in Digital Communications and Integrated Media at the Singapore Institute of Technology. 

As an inquisitive and introspective individual, I am actively looking for fresh opportunities to expand and hone my digital communication skills. I have experience with digital media content creation and social media account management.

Some of my technical competencies include marketing, coperating and video production.

My work at The Business Times as the sole social media intern honed my skills in producing engaging videos, repurposing articles for social media, and scheduling content across various platforms. To further refine my skill set, I extended my contract to transition into the role of a temporary journalist, focusing on strengthening my interviewing and writing skills. 

Subsequently, my journey led me to Royal Plaza on Scotts, where I served as an in-house marketing intern. In this role, I actively contributed to the social media marketing process by designing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for Instagram, Telegram, and Facebook. Additionally, I conducted a meticulous audit of our online presence and a thorough analysis of competitors' offerings, compiling a comprehensive report that became a crucial reference for strategic business decisions.

As a recent Bachelor of Science with Honours in Digital Communications and Integrated Media graduate at the Singapore Institute of Technology, my educational background, combined with my diverse work experiences, has cultivated a robust foundation in copywriting, digital marketing, and content creation.
