Job Duties : 
 Answering of inbound calls/emails and assists with enquiries and bookings. 
 Making of outbound calls to patients and customers. 
 Performing ECG/Nebulization etc. 
 Making sure flow of process with clinic and customers are smooth. 
 Issue of invoices. 
 Help out with pharmaceutical duties and inventory management. 
 Help out with administrative work such as submission of CHAS, Medisave and others 
claims. 
 Demonstrate excellent client relationship management skills.
