With a combined total of 38 years in education, including 3 years specialising as a college counsellor, my passion lies in empowering students to reach their full potential. My recent completion of a College Counseling certification program from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) has provided me with the cutting-edge tools and insights necessary to guide students through the intricate admissions process, including applications to highly selective universities. This certification from UCLA represents professional development and committed investment in honing the skills required to support students in their academic and career paths. I find deep fulfilment in leveraging my experience to positively influence students' lives, particularly during the pivotal college years. My approach as a college counsellor is to recognise and support each student's individuality, guiding them to institutions where they will flourish both academically and personally. Driven by a rich background, I eagerly look forward to deploying my dedication and counselling expertise to inspire and assist the next generation in achieving their dreams.

Since 2020, I have served as a college counselor at NPS International School in Singapore, where I have guided students through the multifaceted college application process. This guidance has led to successful admissions to esteemed universities such as the University of Berkley, Georgia Tech, UIUC, UT Austin, Imperial College, LSE, King's College, and the University of Toronto. Specializing in advising students on college selection, essay writing, financial aid, and career planning, I take a tailored approach to assess individual skills and interests, resulting in high admission rates across diverse fields like engineering, business, and medicine. My practice is characterized by building strong, trust-based relationships with students and their families, providing personalized support, and upholding the highest ethical standards, including the confidentiality of sensitive information. Committed to continuous professional development, I regularly attend workshops to stay abreast of industry best practices, reflecting a dedication to the success of my students.
