Equity Capital Market – Advise listed companies and/or act as Issue Manager in the execution of capital raising, IPO and M&A related transactions. Advise and work closely with C-Suite executives on equity capital market solutions. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth research and due diligence on companies and market, financial analysis and modelling, advising on the market valuation and restructuring plans. • Acted as a financial advisor to OUE Lippo Healthcare Limited issuing perpetual securities.
• Reverse takeover and listing of Revez Corporation Limited (a Singapore listed Info Tech company).  
• Acted as a financial advisor to Chew Group Limited and Livingstone Health Limited in takeover transactions.

Transaction Advisory – Conduct in depth financial review and analysis on companies to ascertain the profitability, efficiency and liquidity of the company. Perform market research and build financial models. Prepare reports for clients on our findings and the viability of the business.

Corporate Recovery/Restructuring – Advise banks on the recovery and restructuring of non-performing loans. Assist in devising and executing restructuring plans. Oversee and assist in the continual operations of the company under restructuring which includes building cash flow models and incorporating the debt repayment plan.

Forensic Accounting/Fraud Investigation – Review companies’ financial statements, payment vouchers, reconstruct cash book using bank statements to trace the flow of cash. Assess the quantum of fraud and prepare investigation report for Court.

Achivements:

• Completed reviews on an Australian listed mining company, Singapore listed ship-building company and a Singapore listed healthcare company. 
• Took over the operations of a destressed Singapore listed dry bulk company and recovered monies for creditors.
• Successfully uncover a financing fraud after a thorough forensic investigation into the affairs of the company which resulted in the director being convicted of fraud.
