I am an experienced fully registered pharmacist with demonstrated history of working in the fast-paced hospital and retail settings. I am skilled at providing patient care via prescription review, counselling of medicine & devices as well as effective communication with cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams. Being the first point of the entry in the health care system, I share strong passion in providing preventative services such as disease management services, patient awareness/ education/ counselling, risk factor identification, and coaching & supporting lifestyle changes. I am determined to bring positive clinical outcome in the communities as so to prevent disease progression. I am motivated to continue develop and sharpen my
pharmaceutical skills and grow professionally. I am currently seeking to share my passion and to diversify my experiences through healthcare and/or pharmaceutical related opportunities that allow me to better utilise and develop relevant skills and scientific knowledge. I look forward to new roles and responsibilities whilst bringing contributions to the healthcare industry.
