Having 22 years of interior project management, myself have engaged into various level of management process and coordination in different roles.

Having years of experience in overseas, buildup my skills of planning and interpretation of higher level of project management. Handling Stakeholder requirement, Construction Quality control, Design Detailing, Sourcing of Materials, Budgetary controlling and executing requirement for authorities have been another level of my achievement.

Having 5+ years of experiences from China in retailing design, communication with China counterpart designers and authorities' expectation is a plus point to me. Nonetheless materials knowledge from overseas is also other benefits gain during my exposure in overseas.

Coordination and design of interfacing details, terminations and modulus of items ( especially FF&E , M&E services) have been my strong key of performance.
