I'm a Singapore-based freelance UX writer at Upwork, where I put words on apps and make my clients' software sound just a bit more human. I got my start editing articles and writing content for websites, but I've found my niche in the digital space as a UX writer. As someone with a knack for simplifying things, I find joy in creating a positive and intuitive experience for users.

I have experience working with numerous marketing agencies and businesses to create full-circle content. This includes researching keywords, understanding the audience, SEO research, and topics and writing content. I specialise in writing 1000-1500-word blog posts that are search engine optimised.

Currently, I work with marketing agencies to help businesses from various industries increase brand recognition or conversions. My responsibilities include writing blog posts, editing websites, and writing copy for emails and advertisements.

I was also the sole UX writer for Trustana, an import-export company in Singapore that Temasek founded. I plan and write the microcopy in their applications, websites and other digital products to help users navigate the product. As such, I am familiar with creating user-centred content that’s easy to understand, navigate, and interact with using clear and concise language. This also means I’m incredibly comfortable when stepping into my user’s/audience’s shoes and thinking from their point of view.
