WIth 10 years of contact center & 7 years + of supervisory/leadership experiences, i have assisted in building up various contact center and successful setting up several contact center from scratch.

Experience

Most of my experiences are from customer service/contact center management. With 10 years of experiences, i have came across various customers and help in their inquiry. As a leader, i have also helped to resolve various complaint and issues from customers, leaving them with a smile after each interaction.

Education

I have a degree is business management which help me to understand some of the management technique which helped me in my career.

In addition, i am six sigma implementation certified (by WDA) which i used to find root cause of issue using six sigma technique like 5 whys & DIMAC etc. I am also currently studying PMP (project management professional) courses which enhance my project management skills
