Zhao Xian Ng

I'm a business student at SMU majoring in Finance. I'm passionate about finance and having a career in the financial industry. I have learnt financial modelling through Breaking Into Wall Street, and am proficient in Excel. 

I was a project intern at Systmz Pte Ltd, where I assisted on tender proposals, conducted market research and land evaluations for a hotel in Thailand worth $9 million. I shadowed the CEO, sat in on client meetings and assisted projects managers with their needs.

I was also a Curriculum Developer and Tutor at The Accel Suite, an online-based tuition centre. I developed the curriculum and questions for lessons and tests, ensuring alignment with national education standards. I have a 70% distinction rate and a 100% improvement rates with all my 5 tutees, ranging from Primary 5 to Secondary 3.

I'm a business student at SMU majoring in Finance. I have a cumulative major GPA of 4.0/4.0. I joined a consulting-focused business case CCA in SMU, in which we conduct research and analysis on companies, and provide recommendations and strategies backed by financial projections. We create pitch decks and present our findings weekly, building public speaking and presentation skills.
