Experience
Prior to joining Edelman Data and Intelligence, he worked in NielsenIQ (formerly The Nielsen Company) managing studies for Public & Non-Profit clients. He also previously led a team in Blackbox Research, servicing a regional client in the financial sector, where he was established as a brand and communication expert.
Specializing in a wide array of research methodologies, he is proficient in designing and executing a wide array of research studies such as brand health trackers, segmentation studies, communication evaluation studies, concept testing studies, usage and attitude studies, as well as public sentiments, customer satisfaction and employee engagement surveys.
Education
Zi Siang holds a Bachelor of Science (honours) in Management from the University of London, as well as a Diploma in Business Studies from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
He has also received an Advance Certificate in Market Research, awarded by Republic Polytechnic, in collaboration with Market Research Society Singapore.
