Experience
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Oversee inventory control and valuation, ensuring accurate recording of inventory transactions, periodic stocktaking, and reconciliation
Coordinate and liaise with external auditors for the annual audit, ensuring timely provision of necessary documentation and addressing audit findings and recommendations
Monitor and manage cash flow, including cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and capital expenditure planning
Oversee payroll processes, ensuring compliance with employment regulations and accurate recording of employee compensation and benefits
Provide guidance, supervision, and training to the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment

Education
Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) (2010) Yangon Institute of Economics ** Qualified to proceed to Master Qualifying Class **
Diploma in International Financial Reporting (2024) Association of Chartered Accountants, United Kingdom
